Tang Soo Do
A traditional martial arts class, focusing on Tang Soo Do. The purpose of Tang Soo Do training is three-fold: self-defense, health, better person.
This is achieved through a syllabus composed of punches, kicks, locks, throws, weapons (staff, dagger and sword), mindfulness and discipline.
All of these are layered on a foundation of structure, posture, movement, power generation and accurate targeting.
Tang Soo Do has a rich and flavorful history. No two classes will be the same.
Times:
Tuesdays, 6-8pm, doors open @ 5:30pm
Thursdays, 6-8pm, doors open @ 5:30pm
